 Often people ask me, ” Is being a vegetarian hard & what do you eat?”

Being a vegetarian certainly has its challenges, it forces you to think outside the box. It’s not necessarily hard in terms of finding things to eat especially when your home, however, restaurants tend to be a little more tricky.

It’s another one of those things that are “against the norm.” Being a vegetarian isn’t for everyone (I used to eat meat), you have to listen to your own body and determine what’s best for you. The key is to eat a good variety of foods to get all the nutrients needed.

I became a vegetarian mostly for health purposes, but I also have an extreme love for our furry friends and the environment.

Heres the rundown:  I don’t eat Chicken, Beef, or Pork. I sometimes will eat fish but very rarely, I eat eggs from my sister’s farm & cheese on occasion. I did the Vegan thing for a little while but had a hard time letting go of eggs.

If anyone has any tips or alternatives for egg substitutes let me know in the comments below.
