Recipe Time!

What you need: Pasta, basil, tomatoes, green onion, salt & pepper, crushed Reds(optional), extra virgin olive oil, and fresh mozzarella cheese.




Prep: Cook your pasta. Chop your basil & onion & tomato. Dice up the mozzarella & set Β all to the side. Once your pasta has cooked, drain it. Add back to the pot. Drizzle in olive oil (eye-ball it , I don’t measure) add plenty of Salt & Pepper & crushed reds if you like spice, add in your chopped tomatoes and greens. Mix it all together. Top with diced fresh mozzarella cheese.
